How do people save my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

They open your card link on their phone and tap Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Save to Google Wallet (Android). No app install and no account for them — your card lands next to their boarding passes and loyalty cards.

Can I update my card after I've shared it?

Yes. Open your dashboard → Edit card any time to change your photo, title, links, colours or VIP layout. Your link and QR stay the same unless you change your slug (Pro and VIP). Saved wallet passes refresh on their own: Google Wallet updates within minutes, and Apple Wallet pulls the new version the next time the phone checks for pass updates (Automatic Updates must be on for the pass, which is the default).

Does it work on every phone?

Yes. The card page works in any modern browser, on any phone or computer. Devices without Apple or Google Wallet can still tap Save contact to download a standard .vcf file.

How much does it cost?

Basic is free with a small Contactzy promo strip on your card and already includes wallet passes, the QR, NFC and print kit, 12 languages and two cards. Pro is $0.99/month with the first 6 months free — no promo strip, a custom public link and campaign QR codes. VIP is $2.99/month with analytics, lead capture, the paper-card scanner, a featured banner and premium layouts. Can visitors send me their details?

On VIP, yes. Your card shows a short “Share your details back” form. Each submission arrives by email and in Contacts & leads on your dashboard, where you can mark it contacted, archive it or export everything as CSV. Visitors agree to share their details when they submit.

What data do you collect?

What you put on your card (name, title, contact details, links, optional photos), aggregated engagement counts based on hashed IP addresses, the details visitors choose to share with you through the contact form, and — for Apple Wallet updates — an anonymous device identifier and push token. We never sell your data, we don't run ad trackers and we don't use third-party cookies. Remember that everything on your card is public by design.
